研究目的：

科学评价柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤干预原发性失眠的临床有效性，多模态探索其治疗的脑功能网络疗效机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Scientifically evaluate the clinical effectiveness of Chaihu Keel Oyster Decoction in the intervention of primary insomnia, and explore its therapeutic mechanism of brain function network in multimodality.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

柴胡加龙骨牡蛎汤：醋柴胡6g、黄芩10g、姜半夏10g、党参10g、桂枝10g、茯苓20g、生龙骨先煎30g、煅牡蛎先煎30g、红枣20g、干姜5g、制大黄5g。每日1剂，水煎2次，混合后每次200ml，每日2次。 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

Chaihu Keel Oyster decoction 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 双眼视力（或校正视力）及听力异常者；
2. 其他精神疾病史（抑郁障碍、广泛性焦虑障碍、惊恐障碍、双相障碍、躁狂、精神分裂症等），HAMD>7分，HAMA≥7分；
3. 其他睡眠障碍，如睡眠呼吸暂停、不安腿综合征等；
4. 具有自杀倾向的重度抑郁者；
5. 严重躯体疾病（甲状腺疾病、严重心脏病、恶性肿瘤等）；
6. 酒精、咖啡、药物滥用史、严重头部外伤及手术史；
7. 日间明显病理性嗜睡者；
8. 倒夜班、倒时差、哺乳期等昼夜睡眠节律紊乱者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Abnormal binocular vision (or corrected vision) and hearing;
2. History of other mental diseases (depression, generalized anxiety disorder, panic disorder, bipolar disorder, mania, schizophrenia, etc.), HAMD>7, HAMA≥7;
3. Other sleep disorders, such as sleep apnea, restless legs syndrome, etc;
4. Severe depression with suicidal tendency;
5. Serious physical diseases (thyroid disease, serious heart disease, malignant tumor, etc.);
6. History of alcohol, coffee, drug abuse, serious head injury and surgery;
7. Daytime obvious pathological sleepiness;
8. Night shift, jet lag, lactation and other circadian sleep rhythm disorders.
