研究目的：比较暂停呼吸和超前单肺通气较常规单肺通气法对胸腔镜手术单肺通气时肺萎陷的安全性和有效性。

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

排除标准：
1.有吸烟史、严重哮喘或COPD病史、气胸或胸腔闭式引流以及胸科手术史患者；
2.肺功能异常（1秒用力呼气量（FEV1）<70%的预测值）；
3.ASA（美国麻醉医师协会健康状况分级）分级大于等于III级的患者；
4.术前评估可能存在胸膜黏连、肺大泡等情况；
5.存在血液或感染分泌物污染肺的风险；
6.预计困难插管患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Exclusion criteria:
1. Patients with smoking history, history of severe asthma or COPD, pneumothorax or closed thoracic drainage, and history of thoracic surgery;
2. Abnormal lung function (forced expiratory volume in one second (FEV1) <70% predictive value);
3. Patients with ASA (American Society of Anesthesiologists Health Status Rating) Level III or greater;
4. There may be pleural adhesions and pulmonary bulla in preoperative evaluation;
5. There is a risk of lung contamination by blood or infected secretions;
6. Patients with expected difficulty in intubation.

干预措施：	患者翻身到侧卧位后在切皮前，立刻夹闭术侧支气管导管端口（非手术侧开始单肺通气，手术侧不通气也不与大气相通），直到开放胸膜后再松开夹闭，使术侧肺支气管暴露于外界环境中。记录患者侧卧位到胸膜开放时的时间（T L-P），保证不少于6分钟	干预措施代码：
