研究目的：

1. 主要目的：对比 PFO 阳性和阴性的患者卒中、偏头痛、痴呆以及癫痫这四种神经系统疾病发病率及临床特征； 2. 次要目的：基于多组学调查 PFO 相关中枢神经系统疾病发生的危险因素并构建预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To compare the incidence rate and clinical characteristics of stroke, migraine, dementia and epilepsy in PFO-positive and negative patients; 2. Secondary objective: To investigate the risk factors of PFO related central nervous system diseases based on multiomics and build a prediction model.
