Objectives of Study：

To explore the influence of preoperative sleep quality on postoperative delirium in elderly patients after thoracic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 沟通交流障碍或无法交流的患者；
2. BMI≥30kg/m^2；
3. 酗酒或长期服用镇静药、抗抑郁药；
4. 术前用简易精神量表（MMSE）诊断有精神障碍、交流认知障碍者；
5. 二次进行手术或者一个月内有其他全麻手术史者；
6. 参加其他药物试验；
7. 近一月内有头部外伤史、颅内肿块或出血史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with communication barriers or inability to communicate;
2. BMI>=30kg/m^2;
3. Alcoholism or chronic use of sedatives and antidepressants;
4. Patients with mental disorders and communication and cognitive impairment were diagnosed with the simple Mental scale (MMSE) before surgery;
5. Patients undergoing surgery for the second time or having a history of other general anesthesia operations within one month;
6. Participate in other drug trials;
7. History of head trauma, intracranial mass or bleeding within the last month.
