研究目的：

1.评价瑞马唑仑应用在老年患者手术麻醉的安全性和有效性； 2.评价瑞马唑仑联合七氟烷麻醉维持方案对麻醉质量和效果的影响； 3.对比瑞马唑仑或丙泊酚联合七氟烷对老年患者手术后认知的差异。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of rimazole in elderly patients undergoing surgical anesthesia; 2. To evaluate the effect of remazolam combined with sevoflurane on the quality and effect of anesthesia; 3. To compare the difference of cognition of elderly patients after operation between rimazolom or propofol combined with sevoflurane.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在凝血功能障碍；
2.伴严重心动过缓；
3.存在严重器质性疾病如肝肾功能障碍；
4.近半年服用过镇静和(或)镇痛类药；
5.超重或肥胖者(体重指数≥28.0 kg/m2)；
6.对本研究用药存在过敏史；
7.伴精神性疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Coagulation dysfunction;
2. With severe bradycardia;
3. There are serious organic diseases such as liver and kidney dysfunction;
4. Have taken sedative and / or analgesic drugs in recent half a year;
5. Overweight or obese (body mass index >= 28.0 kg/m2);
6. There was a history of allergy to the drugs used in this study;
7. With mental illness.
