研究目的：

通过比较子痫前期患者及正常孕妇血清中的多糖包被降解标记物的水平，探讨血管内皮细胞多糖包被降解与子痫前期的关系。并通过检测凝血指标、炎症指标及代谢指标探讨多糖包被降解对疾病严重程度的影响，为研究子痫前期内皮细胞损伤的机制和病理生理过程提供新思路，为子痫前期的治疗提供新方法。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the role of glycocalyx degradation in preeclampsia by comparing the levels of glycocalyx markers in serum among preeclampsiaand normal pregnant women. The influence of glycocalyx degradation on the severity of disease was investigated by detecting coagulation,inflammation and metabolism indicator

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 动脉粥样硬化；
2. 合并严重感染；
3. 合并各种类型休克；
4. 糖尿病，包括妊娠期糖尿病、孕前糖尿病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Atherosclerosis;
2. Severe infection;
3. Various types of shock;
4. Diabetes mellitus(Gestational diabetes mellitus and Prepregnancy diabetes).
