研究目的：

主要研究目的：评估基于波士顿评分的人-AI交互肠道清洁评价的有效性，即人为肠段定位+AI评分，在结肠镜检查结束时，给出基于波士顿评分系统的清洁度分数，判断肠道准备情况合格或不合格。以单纯内镜医生评分为对照组，以5名高年资内镜医生（内镜操作经验≥10年）的评分为最终判断标准，评估人-AI交互评价方法的有效性。 次要研究目的：将结肠根据波士顿评分的方法，分为三段，即：右半结肠、横结肠和左半结肠，以5名高年资内镜医生（内镜操作经验≥10年）的各段评分为最终判断标准，评估人-AI交互评价方法在各段评分中的有效性。  

Objectives of Study：

Main research purpose: To evaluate the effectiveness of human AI interactive intestinal cleaning evaluation based on Boston score, that is, artificial intestinal segment positioning+ai score. At the end of colonoscopy, give the cleanliness score based on Boston score system to judge whether the intestinal preparation is qualified or unqualified. The effectiveness of the human AI interactive evaluation method was evaluated with the score of five senior endoscopists (endoscopic operation experience >= 10 years) as the final judgment standard, and the score of the simple endoscopist as the control group. Secondary research objective: According to the Boston scoring method, the colon was divided into three segments, namely, the right colon, the transverse colon and the left colon. The final judgment standard was the score of five senior endoscopic doctors (endoscopic operation experience >= 10 years), and the effectiveness of human AI interactive evaluation method in each segment score was evaluated.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有不良生活嗜好如酗酒、吸毒等；
2.既往患有严重中心脑血管疾病：心功能分级大于I级或不适合接受研究治疗等；
3.既往患有严重内分泌代谢系统疾病；
4.既往患有严重神经系统疾病；
5.既往患有严重自身免疫、血液系统疾病；
6.近30天内或本次试验期间，志愿者有计划参与其他药物研究或医疗器械临床研究；
7.其它不适合进行结肠镜的情形，如凝血功能障碍，麻醉不耐受等；
8.研究者认为不适合参加研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Bad habits in the past, such as alcoholism, drug abuse, etc.;
2. Previous serious central cerebrovascular disease: cardiac function grade is greater than grade I or is not suitable for research and treatment;
3. Previously suffered from serious endocrine and metabolic system diseases;
4. Previously suffered from serious nervous system diseases;
5. Previous serious autoimmune and hematological diseases;
6. Within the past 30 days or during this trial, volunteers have plans to participate in other drug research or clinical research of medical devices;
7. Other situations that are not suitable for colonoscopy, such as coagulation dysfunction, anesthesia intolerance, etc.;
8. The researcher believes that it is not suitable to participate in the study.
