拟收集不同胎龄出生的早产儿多模态MRI数据,结合多个定量参数对白质纤维的成熟和走行进行评价,及识别出各年龄段存在的功能网络及其相互之间的连接强度对脑灰质神经元的功能活动进行评价,并探索脑发育关键期(0~3岁)的结构和功能脑网络的联系。在此基础上,我们拟进一步提取多模态数据的适当特征后,通过机器学习完成:1.分类训练,建立早产儿脑损伤智能诊断、预测系统;2.聚类分析,探索早产儿脑损伤亚型。 |

Objectives of Study: |
To collect different gestational age was born preterm multimodal MRI data, combined with multiple quantitative parameters of white matter fiber maturity and course evaluation, the function of the network and identify all ages exists and the connection between each other strength to evaluate the function of the gray matter neurons activities, and to explore the crucial brain development, the structure and function of (0 ~ 3 years old) brain network connection. On this basis, we plan to further extract the appropriate features of multi-modal data, and complete the following tasks through machine learning: 1. Classification training to establish an intelligent diagnosis and prediction system for premature infant brain injury; 2. Cluster analysis to explore brain injury subtypes in premature infants. |

临床诊断有颅内感染,头颅超声提示有明显颅内出血,常规MRI 发现头颅先天畸形及占位的患儿。 |

Exclusion criteria: |
Children with intracranial infection, obvious Intracranial hemorrhage revealed by cranial ultrasound, and congenital malformation and space occupying lesions of the skull found by routine MRI. |
