研究目的：

通过全外显子测序、全转录组测序、蛋白组学、代谢组学及微生物组学等多种组学方法，探索脊柱关节炎的发病机制，并寻找脊柱关节炎尤其是强直性脊柱炎病理性新骨形成的治疗靶点。

Objectives of Study：

By whole exome sequencing, whole transcriptome sequencing, proteomics, metabolomics, microbiome and other omics methods, we aim at exploring the pathogenesis of spondyloarthritis and sought therapeutic targets for pathological new bone formation in spondyloarthritis, especially ankylosing spondylitis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 近3个月内曾使用抗生素；
2. 近6个月曾行消化内镜检查、外科手术；
3. 特殊饮食习惯、孕妇及哺乳期女性；
4. 主要器官系统功能障碍、严重感染、合并恶性肿瘤、精神疾病；
5. 患有其他慢性病、风湿病或自身免疫病如系统性红斑狼疮、类风湿关节炎、干燥综合征、糖尿病等；
6. 过敏体质或严重药物过敏史；
7. SpA患者曾使用生物制剂或近3个月内使用大剂量糖皮质激素(强的松>30 mg/d 或其他等效剂量的糖皮质激素制剂)者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have used antibiotics in the past 3 months;
2. Have undergone digestive endoscopy and surgical procedures in the past 6 months;
3. Special eating habits, pregnant women or lactating women;
4. Major organ system dysfunction, severe infection, combined with malignant tumors, mental diseases;
5. Other chronic diseases, rheumatic diseases or autoimmune diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, Sjogren's syndrome, diabetes, etc.;
6. Have history of severe drug allergy;
7. Have used biological agents or used high-dose glucocorticoids in the past 3 months (prednisone>30 mg/day or other equivalent doses of glucocorticoid)
