研究目的：

基于基本信息、基因检测、ERP检查结果、脑电图结果、眼动结果、胃电图结果以及三维人体数据，发现早期预测MCI的危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the basic information, gene detection, ERP examination results, EEG results, Saccades results, Electrogastrogram results and three-dimensional human data, the risk factors for early prediction of MCI were found.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 受试者简易精神状态检查量表评估低于正常标准或确诊痴呆则不纳入到该前瞻性队列研究中； 2. 耳聋、偏瘫、失明患者因无法配合故也予排除； 3. 此外，为了更好地获得随访结果，独居老人、患恶性肿瘤以及重大慢性疾病（如严重的心脏功能不全、肺功能不全、肝功能不全）预期寿命不超过5年的患者也从该队列中进行排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. If the evaluation of the simplified mental state examination scale of subjects is lower than the normal standard or dementia is confirmed, they will not be included in the prospective cohort study; 2. Deaf, hemiplegic, and blind patients were also excluded because they could not cooperate; 3. In addition, in order to better obtain the follow-up results, the elderly living alone, patients with malignant tumors and major chronic diseases (such as severe cardiac insufficiency, pulmonary insufficiency, liver insufficiency) with a life expectancy of no more than 5 years were also excluded from this cohort.
