研究目的：

在前瞻性列队研究中探索不同时段的TEAS与PONV发生的关联及有效干预时段，降低妇科腹腔镜全麻术后恶心呕吐发生率，为中医疗法预防PONV提供循证医学依据，同时为全麻术后恶心呕吐防治提供临床参考。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between TEAS and PONV in different periods and effective intervention period in a prospective cohort study, reduce the incidence of nausea and vomiting after gynecological laparoscopic general anesthesia, and provide evidence-based medicine for the prevention of PONV by traditional Chinese medicine. Provide clinical reference for the prevention and treatment of nausea and vomiting after general anesthesia.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前有胃肠道疾病史、恶性肿瘤患者； 2.经期、妊娠、哺乳期妇女； 3.酒精成瘾者； 4.术前沟通障碍者； 5.术前严重心律失常； 6.术前服用抗癫痫药物； 7.电刺激部位皮肤破溃； 8.手术时间大于3小时，术中出血量大于15ml/h、术中更改手术方式； 9.围术期发生过敏或术后要求二次镇痛治疗等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of gastrointestinal diseases or malignant tumors before surgery; 2. Women who are menstruating, pregnant, or breastfeeding; 3. Alcohol addicts; 4. Patients with preoperative communication disorders; 5. Severe preoperative Arrhythmia; 6. Antiepileptic drugs were taken before surgery; 7. Skin ulceration at the site of electrical stimulation; 8. The operation time was more than 3 hours, the intraoperative blood loss was more than 15ml/h, and the surgical method was changed during the operation; 9. Allergies occur in the perioperative period or require secondary analgesia after surgery.
