研究目的：

本研究目的在于明确相比于传统冷疗，冲击波在治疗延迟性肌肉酸痛方面是否收效更佳。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study was to determine whether shockwave therapy is more effective than conventional cold therapy in the treatment of delayed onset muscle soreness.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.最近6个月内发生疼痛部位或相邻关节外伤；
2.治疗部位存在肌肉骨骼损伤或皮肤损伤；
3.自身免疫性疾病史；
4.肝肾功能异常；
5.运动后排尿量减少；
6.尿色变深；
7.凝血功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Trauma to the painful site or adjacent joint occurred within the last 6 months;
2. Musculoskeletal injury or skin injury at the treatment site;
3. History of autoimmune diseases;
4. Abnormal liver and kidney function;
5. Reduced urine output after exercise;
6. Dark urine;
7. Coagulation dysfunction.
