研究目的：

通过记录并对比在儿童喉部手术中使用HFNC在100%氧浓度下与使用标准低流量鼻导管吸氧在100%氧浓度下SPO2的改变情况，评估在儿童喉部手术中应用HFNC的安全性，为HFNC用于临床麻醉气道管理提供理论依据和实践支持。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the safety of HFNC in children's laryngeal surgery by recording and comparing the changes of SPO2 between HFNC in 100% oxygen concentration and standard low-flow nasal catheter in 100% oxygen concentration, and to provide theoretical basis and practical support for HFNC used in clinical anesthesia airway management.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重颜面畸形；
2.存在反流误吸风险；
3.面罩通气、插管困难；
4.术前氧合不能维持，需要辅助通气的患儿；
5.拒绝配合治疗或者拒绝参加本研究的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Severe facial deformity;
2. Risk of regurgitation and aspiration;
3. Difficulty in mask ventilation and intubation;
4. Children whose preoperative oxygenation could not be maintained and needed auxiliary ventilation;
5. Children who refused to cooperate with the treatment or refused to participate in the study.

使用EXCEL产生一组1-100的随机数，将产生的随机数字按照顺序密封在不透明的信封中，交给科室护理人员保管，纳入符合标准的患儿时，按照放置顺序取出信封交给负责实验的医师，奇数组分至常规氧疗组，偶数组分至HFNC组。
