通过多中心随机对照试验，验证人工智能辅助结肠镜检查质控系统是否可以有效提升门诊肠镜检查患者的病变检出率。  

Objectives of Study：

To verify whether the AI-assisted colonoscopy quality control system can effectively improve the lesion detection rate of outpatient colonoscopy by a multi-center randomized control trial.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有炎症性肠病、结直肠外科手术史或结直肠肿瘤史；
2.已知或疑有肠道梗阻、穿孔、下消化道出血；
3.已知或疑有家族性息肉病；
4.有组织活检禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal cancer or colorectal surgery;
2. Known or suspected intestinal obstruction, perforation or overt lower gastrointestinal bleeding;
3. History or high suspicion of familial adenomatous polyposis or serrated polyposis syndrome;
4. Contraindication for biopsy.

The patients are blinded to the grouping. The pathologists are not informed of the study design and aim and blinded to the grouping. The data collector and the analyst are blinded to the grouping. The endoscopists performing the colonoscopy examination know the grouping.
