研究目的：

引入双臂血压测量方法，结合中医四诊信息，形成中医脏腑辨证为基础的“五诊合参”诊断模型，将模糊的中医四诊指标进一步客观化和可视化，解决中医四诊辨证的数据化问题，并优化中医疗效评价指标。  

Objectives of Study：

By introducing the two-arm blood pressure measurement method and combining the information of the four diagnoses of TCM, the "five diagnoses together" diagnostic model based on the identification of the internal organs of TCM is formed, which further objectifies and visualizes the fuzzy indicators of the four diagnoses of TCM, solves the data problem of the identification of the four diagnoses of TCM, and optimizes the evaluation index of TCM efficacy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并尚未得到有效控制或较严重的疾病，如恶性肿瘤、持续性疼痛、心脑血管疾病、内分泌疾病等导致失眠障碍者；
2. 严重抑郁、精神病患者；
3. 怀孕及哺乳期患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Combined with diseases that have not been effectively controlled or are more serious, such as malignant tumors, persistent pain, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, endocrine diseases and other insomnia disorders;
2. Patients with severe depression and mental illness;
3. Pregnant and lactating patients.
