研究目的：

1.设计一种新的手术方式“正向内界膜瓣遮盖黄斑裂孔术”，提高黄斑裂孔术后黄斑的解剖学愈合与功能学愈合。 2.通过比较正向与与翻转两种内界膜瓣对黄斑裂孔愈合的影响，加深对内界膜遮盖术治疗黄斑裂孔机制的理解。  

Objectives of Study：

1. The design of a new operation method in the "positive film covering macular hole surgery", improve the postoperative macular macular hole healing and function of anatomy, healing. 2. By comparing the positive and reverse two inner boundary membrane disc on macular hole drilling, deepen the internal boundary film covered the understanding the mechanism of treatment of macular hole.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)有眼部外伤史或内眼手术史，（如玻切手术，视网膜冷凝术，视网膜激光治疗等）；
2)合并除白内障外其他内眼疾病如青光眼，葡萄膜眼炎或其他眼底病患者，如增生性糖尿病性视网膜病变、视网膜脱离、湿性年龄相关性黄斑变性等；
3)合并有严重的全身器质性疾病及不能耐受手术患者；
4）手术后无法保持面部朝下俯卧者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with a history of ocular trauma or intraocular surgery (such as vitrectomy, retinal cryotherapy, retinal laser therapy, etc.); 2. Patients with other intraocular diseases other than cataracts such as glaucoma, uveophthalmia or other fundus diseases , such as proliferative diabetic retinopathy, retinal detachment, wet age-related macular degeneration, etc.; 3. Patients with severe systemic organic diseases who cannot tolerate surgery; 4. Those who cannot keep face down after surgery.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

根据相关参考文献成功率，应用PASS软件计算样本量。项目组成员利用计算机软件Excel2016以“RAND”函数为全部30例受试者生成随机数，将其粘贴为数值，进行排序，前16例分配为Ａ组（试验组），后14例分配为Ｂ组（对照组），恢复原有序号顺序，完成随机序列生成奇数组行正向内界膜遮盖术，偶数组行翻转内界膜遮盖术。

The patients were randomly divided into two groups using the random number generated by the excel sheet. The odd group underwent forward ILM occlusion, and the even group underwent reverse ILM occlusion.
