研究目的：

系统研究慢性阻塞性肺疾病相关的肠道微生物变化、代谢物变化，及其二者之间的内在联系和规律，揭示其生物学特征，确定早期疾病发展的关键标志物，探讨其发病机制。  

Objectives of Study：

Systematic study of intestinal microbial changes and metabolite changes related to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, as well as the internal relationship and rule between the two, to reveal their biological characteristics, determine the key markers of early disease development, and explore its pathogenesis.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有自身免疫性疾病，传染病，合并心、肝、肾、造血系统等严重原发性疾病；
2.患有恶性肿瘤疾病；伴有脑瘤或其他晚期癌症者；
3.妊娠期、哺乳期妇女；
4.有吸毒史者；
5.神志不清、痴呆、各种精神病患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with autoimmune diseases, infectious diseases, complicated with serious primary diseases of the heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system;
2. Suffering from malignant neoplastic diseases; Patients with brain tumors or other advanced cancers;
3. Pregnant and lactating patients;
4. Have a history of drug abuse;
5. Delirious, dementia, various mental patients.
