研究目的：

1、了解中国当前严重精神障碍无抽搐电休克（Modified Electroconvulsive Therapy，MECT）治疗的应用现况如何； 2、探讨MECT导致严重精神障碍认知损害的关键因素及潜在生物学机制是什么； 3、探索在样本收集的基础上，能否通过大数据分析制定 MECT 的干预疗效预测模型及针对不同疾病亚型的MECT精准干预策略  

Objectives of Study：

1. To understand the current status of the application of Modified Electroconvulsive Therapy (MECT) for severe mental disorders in China. 2. To explore what are the key factors and underlying biological mechanisms of cognitive impairment in severe mental disorders caused by MECT. 3. Based on sample collection, to explore the possibility for creating prediction models for the effectiveness of MECT interventions and specific intervention strategies for various subtypes of mental disorders treated with MECT utilizing big data analysis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.无意愿参加本研究者；
2.既往患严重躯体疾病、脑器质性疾病史、脑部外伤史或手术史、癫痫史；
3.患有核磁共振检查禁忌症（例如体内有金属异物或患有严重的幽闭恐惧症等）；
4.处于妊娠期女性。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who do not intend to participate in this study;
2. Previous history of severe physical diseases, organic brain diseases, brain trauma or surgery, and epilepsy;
3. Having contraindications for magnetic resonance imaging (such as metal foreign bodies in the body or severe claustrophobia);
4. Pregnant women.
