研究目的：

运用以18F-NaF为示踪剂的PET/CT显像技术对颈动脉斑块进行检测，探讨18F-NaF PET/CT检测缺血性脑卒中患者颈动脉斑块易损性的影像学诊断价值。  

Objectives of Study：

To detect carotid plaques by 18F-sodium fluoride PET/CT. To explore the imaging diagnosis value of 18F-sodium fluoride PET/CT in diagnosis of carotid artery plaque vulnerability in patients of ischemic stroke.

18F标记的氟化钠

digtal subtraction angiography.
