研究目的：

本研究对需要在侧卧位手术的患者在清醒自主状态下提前改为侧卧位然后通过可视喉镜直视下经口气管插管。本课题研究目的包括： 1. 证实侧卧位可视喉镜气管插管是安全实用的。 2. 缩短侧卧位体位摆放时间、提高工作效率。 3. 节省医护人员体力、提高医护人员满意度。 4. 提高患者安全性和满意度。 5. 为侧卧位手术患者非计划气管插管或紧急气管插管提供一种有效的侧卧位下插管方案。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, patients who are scheduled for surgery in the lateral decubitus position are changed to the lateral decubitus position in advance while awake and then receive orotracheal intubation by visual laryngoscope. The research objectives of this project include: 1. To prove that tracheal intubation by video laryngoscope in lateral decubitus position is safe and practical. 2. To shorten the time of placing lateral decubitus position and improve work efficiency. 3. To save energy of medical staff and improve their satisfaction. 4. To improve patients safety and satisfaction. 5. To provide an effective endotracheal intubation scheme in lateral position for unplanned or emergency endotracheal intubation in patients undergoing lateral decubitus surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 体重指数大于30kg/m^2；
2. 颈部活动受限；
3. 张口度＜3cm；
4. Mallampati分级3～4级；
5. 需要双腔气管插管的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with body mass index greater than 30kg/m^2;
2. limited neck movement;
3. mouth opening < 3cm;
4. Mallampati grade 3-4;
5. requiring double-luminal endotracheal intubation.
