研究目的：

通过与安慰剂治疗对照，研究碳酸酐酶抑制剂醋甲唑胺对睡眠磨牙症的影响，从而进一步探讨睡眠磨牙症的发病机制。

Objectives of Study：

To study the effect of carbonic anhydrase inhibitor acemetazolamide on sleep bruxism compared with placebo treatment, so as to further explore the pathogenesis of sleep bruxism.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有任何除睡眠磨牙症外的睡眠障碍如：阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征、不安腿综合征、失眠、快速动眼睡眠行为障碍等；
2.有神经类疾病或精神病史；
3.进行全夜多导睡眠监测前一个月内或试验期间服用药物；
4.吸烟及酗酒者；
5.实验当天有饮用兴奋性饮料（咖啡和茶等）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Any sleep disorders other than sleep bruxism, such as obstructive sleep apnea syndrome, restless leg syndrome, insomnia, REM sleep behavior disorder, etc.; 2. Have a history of neurological diseases or mental illness; 3. Medication taken within one month before or during the trial for full night polysomnography; 4. Smokers and alcoholics; 5. Stimulant beverages (coffee, tea, etc.) were consumed on the day of the experiment.

采用区组随机，借助SAS统计软件PROC PLAN过程语句，给定种子数，产生随机安排。随机号以密闭不透光牛皮纸信封隐藏。

Using block randomization, with the help of SAS statistical software PROC PLAN procedure statement, given the number of seeds, the random arrangement is generated. The random number is hidden in an airtight, opaque kraft envelope.

盲法：

本试验采用双盲（对受试者和实验人员、资料分析者双盲）的实验设计。实验人员和受试者、资料分析者均不知道受试者属于A组或B组，同时受试者和实验人员、资料分析者均不知道受试者睡眠监测晚是属于安慰剂干预晚或醋甲唑胺药物干预晚。

Blinding：

This trial adopts a double-blind (double-blind subject, experimenter, and data analyst) experimental design. Neither the experimenter nor the subjects nor the data analysts knew that the subjects belonged to group A or B, and neither the subjects nor the experimenters nor the data analysts knew whether the subjects' polysomnography nights belonged to placebo intervention nights or methazolamide intervention nights.
