研究目的：

本研究拟基于扫频眼前节光学相干断层扫描(AS-OCT识别原发性闭角型青光眼房角闭合的解剖学亚组特征，探讨不同解剖学亚组激光周边虹膜切开术（LPI）术后疗效的风险。  

Objectives of Study：

The objective of this study was to identify anatomic subgroup characteristics of angular closure in primary angle-closure glaucoma based on scanning frequency anterior segment optical coherence tomography (AS-OCT), and to explore the risk of postoperative outcomes of laser peripheral iridotomy (LPI) in different anatomic subgroups.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.除激光周边虹膜切开术外，存在其他眼内手术史或继发性青光眼病史； 2.葡萄炎所致前房角周边粘连，大于180°房角关闭； 3.新生血管性青光眼患者； 4.严重虹膜萎缩； 5.不能或不愿意配合的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. History of intraocular surgery or secondary glaucoma in addition to peripheral laser iridotomy; 2. Surrounding adhesion of anterior chamber Angle caused by staphylitis, more than 180 degrees chamber Angle closed; 3. Patients with neovascular glaucoma; 4. Severe iris atrophy; 5. Patients who are unable or unwilling to cooperate.
