To improve the prognosis of more AIH patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并病毒性肝炎、代谢相关性脂肪性肝病、Wilson病等肝病的患者； 2.妊娠期、哺乳期妇女及近期准备生育的患者； 3.有严重心脏疾病史，包括6个月内有不稳定或未控制的心脏病； 4.有精神病史； 5.有未能控制的癫痫； 6.未戒断的酗酒或吸毒者； 7.主管医师认为不适宜入组的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with liver diseases such as viral hepatitis, metabolic fatty liver disease and Wilson disease; 2. Pregnant and lactating women and patients preparing to give birth in the near future; 3. History of serious heart disease, including unstable or uncontrolled heart disease within 6 months; 4. History of mental illness; 5. Uncontrolled epilepsy; 6. Alcoholics or drug addicts who did not quit; 7. Other conditions that the competent physician thought was not suitable to be included in the group.
