探究TEAS与肠道微生物群、肠道屏障功能、血脑屏障功能、应激水平、炎症水平、神经元损伤水平和 MRI 结果之间的关系；分析 TEAS 的脑保护作用和机制以及与MGBA的关系；确定TEAS适用于腔镜结肠癌的最佳参数水平，为TEAS的进一步推广提供临床资料。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the relationship between TEAS and intestinal microbiome, intestinal barrier function, blood-brain barrier function, stress level, inflammation level, neuronal damage level and MRI results; To analyze the brain protection effect and mechanism of TEAS and the relationship with MGBA; To determine the best parameter level of TEAS for laparoscopic colon cancer and provide clinical data for TEAS further promotion.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.术前有认知功能障碍； 2.既往有谵妄病史； 3.术前有经精神科医生诊断的精神疾病； 4.中枢神经转移瘤病情未获控制； 5.未控制的 II 级以上的高血压或严重的心脏疾病。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Cognitive dysfunction before surgery; 2. A past history of delirium; 3. Have mental illness diagnosed by psychiatrist before operation; 4. The disease of central nervous metastasis is not controlled; 5. Uncontrolled grade II or higher hypertension or serious heart disease.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

做好标记1，2的数字标签60个，其中，标记1的30个，标记2的30个，由电脑制作随机数字表。术前访视患者，并按照随机数字表进行分组。1号标签行TEAS（TEAS组），2号标签行对照（CON组）。60例患者随机分为2组，每组30例。按照随机数字表，告知患者所在的组别、实验的流程、实验的风险和收益，若患者同意参加实验，则签署知情同意书，然后按照实验设定的步骤参与实验。若患者不同意，则其不作为实验对象。 患者、麻醉医生和收集数据的随访人员双盲于随机序号的产生。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Make 60 digital labels labeled 1, 2, including 30 labeled 1 and 30 labeled 2, and make a random number table by computer. Patients were interviewed before surgery and grouped according to a random number table. Label 1 is labeled as "TEAS" (Group), and label 2 is labeled as "CON" (group). 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups, 30 patients in each group. According to the random number table, inform the patient's group, the process of the experiment, the risks and benefits of the experiment. If the patient agrees to participate in the experiment, sign the informed consent form, and then participate in the experiment according to the steps set by the experiment. If the patient does not agree, it will not be taken as the experimental object. Patients, anesthesiologists and follow-up personnel who collect data are double-blind in the generation of random numbers.

盲法：

在研究设计和实施中，麻醉实施者、数据收集者、统计分析者和研究设计者为不同的人员，无任何信息交流，并且对此研究分配保持盲法。患者均处于麻醉状态，因此，不会意识到他们将接受的是哪种解决方案。此外，在手术后对分配给患者的研究方案保持盲视。调查人员进行的调查问卷将不知道给病人的治疗。

Blinding：

During study design and implementation, the anesthesiologist, data collector, statistical analyst, and study designer were different persons, without any information exchange, and the study assignment remained blind. Patients are anesthetized and therefore not aware of which solution they will receive. In addition, patients were blinded to the study protocol assigned after surgery. The questionnaire conducted by the investigator will not know the treatment given to the patient.
