研究目的：

为了验证单肺通气期间，吸入高浓度的氧气是否可能通过氧化应激损伤而加重PSD以及吸入氧浓度的变化与脑氧饱和度的变化是否相关？  

Objectives of Study：

To verify whether inhaled high concentrations of oxygen during single lung ventilation may aggravate PSD through oxidative stress injury and whether changes in inhaled oxygen concentrations are associated with changes in brain oxygen saturation?

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 患者合并有中枢神经系统疾病或者精神类疾病； 2. 术前 AIS 评分≥6 分； 3. 术前7天之内有镇静、镇痛、抗抑郁药物史； 4. 合并有睡眠呼吸暂停或者严重的阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征； 5. 患者有严重的视觉、听觉障碍或者无法交流； 6. 患者拒绝纳入； 7. 麻醉医师拒绝接受标准化麻醉方案； 8. 硬膜外穿刺失败。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The patient is combined with central nervous system disease or mental disease; 2. Preoperative AIS score >= 6 points; 3. History of sedative, analgesic and antidepressant drugs within 7 days before operation; 4. Combined with sleep apnea or severe obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; 5. The patient has severe visual and hearing impairment or is unable to communicate; 6. The patient refuses to be included; 7. The anesthesiologist refuses to accept the standardized anesthesia protocol; 8. Epidural puncture failed.

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

研究者根据受试者的原始观察记录，将数据及时、完整、正确、清晰地载入病例报告表。录入采用相应的数据库系统双人双机录入，之后对数据库进行两遍比对。电子数据文件分类保存，并有多个备份保存于不同磁盘或记录介质上，妥善保存，防止破坏。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

Based on the original observation records of the subjects, the researchers recorded the data into the case report form in a timely, complete, correct and clear manner. The input adopts the corresponding database system double-machine input, and then the database is compared twice. Electronic data files are stored in categories and have multiple backups saved on different disks or recording media to prevent damage.
