研究目的：

观察开角型青光眼患者在不同睡眠体位下的眼压波动特点、评估第一睡眠体位与较差眼的关系，从而探索不对称性青光眼的发病机制。  

Objectives of Study：

To describe the fluctuation of POAG patients at different sleeping position and to assess the relationship between the worse eye and sleeping position, in order to explore the mechanism of bilateral asymmetry on POAG.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有眼外伤史，角膜中央有瘢痕形成者；角膜溃疡等眼球感染患者；眼球震颤不能固视者；非青光眼性视神经病变，以及因全身情况不好不能配合检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

patients with ocular disease should be excluded, for example, traumatic history, ocular tremor cannot be fixed, ocular infection, optical neuropathy not result from glaucoma and other systematic disease who cannot cooperate with the inspection.
