研究目的：

产后性交痛是由于盆底肌损伤后盆底肌肉张力过高,导致性生活时岀现疼痛女性存在性交痛的比例是1%，而产后发生性交痛的比例却增加至49%-83%,初产妇产后性交痛的比例高达70.6%。性交痛的部位主要位于阴部及外阴部,甚至影响到盆底筋膜在扳机点,为近年产后康复临床中棘手的问题。性交痛传统治疗为阴道内神经电刺激治疗,但治疗效果不佳。盆底筋膜的痉挛性改变以及扳机点的形成是顺产后性交疼痛的重要原因。课题组临床前期预实验结果显示,在接受常规阴道内神经肌激的基础上结合盆脏筋膜康复术(即盆底扳杋点松解术及筋膜牵伸)性交痛显著好转此本研究拟扩大样本规电刺激治疗对比,通过盆底肌纤维评估技术殖区肌肉疼痛图谱VAS、性功能FSFI等评估,论证盆脏筋膜康复术从盆底扳机点松解结合筋膜牵伸治疗产后性交痛的疗效。为临床提供有效的、可复推广的治疗方案  

Objectives of Study：

Postpartum sexual pain is due to pelvic floor muscle injury after pelvic floor muscle tension is too high, resulting in sexual life show pain women have sexual pain is 1%, and the proportion of postpartum sexual pain has increased to 49%-83%, the proportion of puerpera postpartum sexual pain is as high as 70.6%. Pain during sexual intercourse is mainly located in the pubic and vulva, and even affects the pelvic floor fascia at the trigger point, which is a difficult problem in clinical postpartum rehabilitation in recent years. The traditional treatment for dyspareunia is electrical stimulation of vaginal nerves, but the therapeutic effect is not good. Spasmodic changes of pelvic floor fascia and formation of trigger point are important causes of painful intercourse after vaginal delivery. Group preclinical experimental results show that, in a conventional vagina nerve muscle excitation combining basin on the basis of dirty fascia rehabilitation technique (i.e., pelvic floor pull 杋 point release technique and fascia draft) sexual pain significantly improved the gauge electrical stimulation therapy, this study intends to expand sample, muscle pain through breeding techniques used to evaluate pelvic floor muscle fiber area maps, VAS, sexual FSFI evaluation, demonstration basin dirty Effect of membranous rehabilitation in the treatment of puerperal pain from pelvic floor trigger point release combined with fascial drafting. 纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.妊娠期；
2.有盆腔脏器系统肿瘤或其他器质性病变史；B 超检查盆腔无积液；
3.有盆底相关手术病史者；
4.既往心、肝、肾、胃肠道及内分泌疾病史等内科疾病史；
5.有神经或精神系统相关病史。符合以上任何一项者即排除。
6．外阴炎、阴道感染、子宫内膜异位症、子宫肌瘤、慢性盆腔病变导致的性交痛。符合以
上任何一项者即排除。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnancy;

2. Have a history of pelvic organ tumors or other organic diseases; No effusion in pelvic cavity was detected by B-ultrasonography.

3. Patients with a history of pelvic floor surgery;

4. Previous medical history of heart, liver, kidney, gastrointestinal and endocrine diseases;

5. A history of neurological or psychiatric problems. Those who meet any of the above criteria are excluded.
