研究目的：

本研究利用脐灸对阈下抑郁患者进行治疗，旨在观察脐灸治疗阈下抑郁的临床疗效以及对肠道菌群的影响，为阈下抑郁患者寻求新的治疗思路和方法，并基于肠道菌群进行初步机制探讨。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, umbilical moxibustion was used to treat patients with subthreshold depression, to observe the clinical efficacy of umbilical moxibustion in the treatment of subthreshold depression and its impact on intestinal flora, and to seek new treatment ideas and methods for patients with subthreshold depression. The primary mechanism of the bacterial flora was discussed.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.HAMD-17中第三项≥3分；
2.近一个月内饮服抗生素、益生菌等影响肠道菌群药物或酸奶等发酵物；
3.患有严重躯体疾病，尤其是胃肠道疾病或曾行相关手术；
4.正在参加其他临床试验；
5.妊娠期及哺乳期女性；
6.特殊饮食者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The third item in HAMD-17 is ≥3 points;
2. Drinking antibiotics, probiotics and other drugs affecting intestinal flora or fermented products such as yogurt within the past month;
3. Suffering from serious physical diseases, especially gastrointestinal diseases
4. Participating in other clinical trials;
5. Pregnant and lactating women;
6. People with special diets.
