研究目的:

本研究拟通过构建畸形肢体与现有肢体矫正器械的三维模型,广泛测定一批典型上肢畸形的特征数据,利用数学模型与力学模型复盘现有上肢畸形的矫正过程,并论证矫正方法的安全性和有效性。同时,回顾并比较采用计算机技术辅助前后上肢畸形矫正手术的开展情况及疗效预后,探究计算机技术辅助上肢畸形矫正对矫形外科发展与转型的影响。最后,针对临床工作中遇见的缺乏可靠治疗器械与手术方法的上肢畸形患者,利用商业化软件设计和研发相关器械、寻找可靠的手术入路与矫正计划,实现矫形策略模式化、矫形手术动态可视化的创新转变。  

Objectives of Study:

This research broadly measures data of typical upper extremity deformity by reconstructing three dimensional models of limb deformity and correction apparatus, clarifies the process of current methods for upper limb deformity correction with geometric and dynamic models, and verifies the safety and effectiveness of the correction methods. Meanwhile, this research retrospectively compares the implementation and outcomes of deformity correction management before and after computer technology assistance, and explores how computer technology assistance influences development and transformation of upper limb deformity correction and orthopedics. Finally, this research searches for dependable approaches and correction projects for upper limb deformity patients without liable apparatus or surgical technique by designing and manufacturing related apparatus with commercial software, for patterned deformity correction strategies and innovations in orthopedic surgery dynamic visualization.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1. 不接受、不耐受畸形矫正手术;
2. 于本课题组就诊前已由其他机构对畸形行有创矫正治疗;

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients who do not accept and tolerate deformity correction surgeries;
2. Patients who have received deformity correction treatment before diagnosed by our institution.

数据采集和管理(说明:数据采集和管理由两部分组成,一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF),二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC),如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC:

应用excel生成患者间独立的病例记录表记录各次就诊时的测量指标,应用所在医院电子采集和管理系统对各次就诊时的检验、检查结果加以完善登记。
