研究艾司氯胺酮对老年非心脏手术患者术后谵妄及认知功能障碍的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the effect of esmketamine on postoperative delirium and cognitive dysfunction in elderly patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 术前存在认知功能障碍及谵妄的患者； 2. 术前存在中枢神经系统疾病、精神异常或心理障碍的患者； 3. 术前不能完成神经精神功能测定者； 4. 对艾司氯胺酮过敏者； 5. 肝肾功能严重异常者； 6. 不愿意参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cognitive impairment and delirium before operation; 2. Patients with central nervous system diseases, mental abnormalities or psychological disorders before operation; 3. Those who cannot complete the neuropsychiatric function test before operation; 4. Those who are allergic to esketamine; 5. Severely abnormal liver and kidney function; 6. Those who are unwilling to participate in this research.
