研究目的:

1.主要目的:基于多能谱CT数据挖掘筛检消化道早癌病灶的特征性能谱信息,并构建优化的消化道早癌病灶预测模型 2.次要目的:运动代谢组学方法探索引起消化道早癌病灶特征性能谱改变的物质基础及分子机制  

Objectives of Study:

1. Main objective: To screen the characteristic energy spectrum information of digestive tract early cancer cancer based on multi-energy spectrum CT data mining, and to build an optimized prediction model for digestive tract early cancer 2. Secondary objective: To explore the material basis and molecular mechanism of the characteristic spectral changes of digestive tract early cancer by using exercise metabonomics

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.拒绝配合检查者; 2. 有严重基础疾病,或合并食管相关疾病,无法良好配合检查者:如严重上消化道出血、严重食管梗阻、食管穿孔等; 3. 怀孕或哺乳期妇女; 4.缺乏上消化道内镜检查图片信息者; 5. 能谱 CT 检查图像质量差或获得信息不全; 6. 病变大小不足以勾画感兴趣区(the Region of Interest,ROI)者; 7.对碘造影剂过敏,或合并甲状腺疾病无法使用碘造影剂。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Refuse to cooperate with the inspector; 2. Those with serious underlying diseases or combined esophageal related diseases who cannot cooperate well with the examination, such as severe upper gastrointestinal bleeding, severe esophageal obstruction, esophageal perforation, etc; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Lack of information on upper gastrointestinal endoscopy images; 5. Poor image quality or incomplete information obtained from energy spectrum CT examination; 6. Lesions with insufficient size to delineate the Region of Interest (ROI); 7. Allergy to iodine contrast agents, or inability to use iodine contrast agents in combination with thyroid diseases.

Patients with early gastrointestinal cancer (including patients with early gastric cancer and early esophageal cancer, Note: The patient collection is divided into two parts. One part is the retrospective collection of 300 patients with early gastric cancer and early esophageal cancer from 2019 to 2021. A subset of prospectively collected 300 patients with early gastric and early esophageal cancer after 2022)
