研究目的：

1、观察肺保护性通气策略对俯卧位脊柱内镜手术患者肺不张的影响，确定肺保护通气策略可以减少术中肺不张的发生，改善全麻术中通气功能，改善肺顺应性，降低围术期肺部并发症。 2、明确使用超声诊断术中肺不张及评估PEEP或肺复张的效果，逐渐形成个体化机械通气方案。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To observe the effect of lung-protective ventilation strategies on atelectasis in patients undergoing spinal endoscopic surgery in prone position, and to determine that lung-protective ventilation strategies can reduce the occurrence of intraoperative atelectasis, improve ventilation function during general anesthesia, and improve lung compliance.Reduce perioperative pulmonary complications. 2. Identify the effect of use ultrasound to diagnose atelectasis and evaluate the effect of PEEP or lung recruitment during operation, and gradually form an individualized mechanical ventilation plan.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)合并急性肺损伤(ALI)/急性呼吸窘迫综合征(ARDS)；
(2)合并心衰或怀疑合并心衰；
(3)术前15 d内接受过机械通气[包括持续呼吸道正压通气(CPAP)]治疗；
(4)合并气胸或肺大疱；
(5)合并严重的神经功能障碍；
(6)中重度肝肾功能不全；
(7)合并需要氧疗或CPAP的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)；
(8)正在参加其他临床干预试验。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Combined with acute lung injury (ALI)/acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS);
(2) Concurrent heart failure or suspected concomitant heart failure;
(3) Received mechanical ventilation [including continuous positive airway pressure (CPAP)] within 15 days before surgery;
(4) Combined with pneumothorax or bullae;
(5) Combined with severe neurological dysfunction;
(6) Moderate to severe hepatic and renal insufficiency;
(7) Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) requiring oxygen therapy or CPAP;
(8) Participating in other clinical intervention trials.
