研究目的：

1. 主要目的：通过探索有氧训练和生物标志物来进一步阐明脑卒中幸存者的功能预后的影响。 2. 次要目的：激素水平等在脑卒中后认知、睡眠、情绪、运动功能预后的改变发展中的作用有待进一步阐明。

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To further elucidate the effects of aerobic training and biomarkers on functional outcomes in stroke survivors. 2. Secondary objective: The role of hormone levels in the change and development of cognitive, sleep, emotional and motor function prognosis after stroke needs to be further clarified.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.听理解障碍或不能执行口头指令者； 2.患有其他神经系统疾患，如意识障碍、帕金森等； 3.合并其他脑损伤，如脑外伤、脑肿瘤等； 4.合并恶性肿瘤、严重精神病、出血性疾病、内分泌疾病或全身性免疫系统疾病等其他重大疾病者； 5.过去6个月内有滥用药物、激素治疗或酗酒史的患者； 6.妊娠及准备妊娠的女性； 7.不愿或不能配合者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who have difficulty in hearing and understanding or cannot carry out oral instructions; 2. Suffering from other neurological disorders, such as consciousness disorder and Parkinson's disease; 3. Complicated with other brain injury, such as brain trauma, brain tumor, etc.; 4. Complicated with other major diseases such as malignant tumor, severe mental disease, hemorrhagic disease, endocrine disease or systemic immune system disease; 5. Patients with a history of drug abuse, hormone therapy or alcohol abuse in the past 6 months; 6. Women who are pregnant and planning to become pregnant; 7. Unwilling or unable to cooperate.
