构建早产儿早期多感官刺激干预方案，并探讨不同感官刺激方案对早产儿体格发育和神经发育的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct an early multi-sensory stimulation intervention program for premature infants, and to explore the effects of different sensory stimulation programs on physical and neurodevelopmental development of premature infants.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患有神经系统疾病：颅内出血、神经系统先天畸形、化脓性脑膜炎、高胆红素脑病、新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病、低血糖脑病等； 2.患有各种先天性疾病，如先天性心脏病； 3.患有已知的先天畸形，如唇腭裂、食道闭锁、肛门闭锁、染色体异常等； 4.经历外科手术治疗； 5.存在听觉功能障碍； 6.母亲孕期使用非法成瘾药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Suffering from neurological diseases: intracranial hemorrhage, congenital malformations of the nervous system, suppurative meningitis, hyperbilirubin encephalopathy, neonatal ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy, hypoglycemic encephalopathy, etc.; 2. Suffering from various congenital diseases, such as congenital heart disease; 3. Suffering from known congenital malformations, such as cleft lip and palate, esophageal atresia, anal atresia, chromosomal abnormalities, etc.; 4. Experienced surgical treatment; 5. There is hearing dysfunction; 6. The mother used illegal addictive drugs during pregnancy.

随机方法（请说明由何人用什么方法产生随机序列）：

研究者采用Excel软件随机数字法，获取1-99 随机序列，将随机数列按顺序放入不透光的信封内，信封按随机数字的原始顺序进行排列编码，专人保管，待家属签署知情同意书后，研究者按入组顺序拆开信封。随机数字除以3，余数=0 ，入组空白对照组；余数=1，入组母乳嗅觉刺激组；余数=2，入组多感官刺激干预组。

盲法：

在研究中对观察指标测量者、数据分析者设盲。研究过程中只有实施干预的参与者知晓早产儿的分组情况，测量体格发育指标和进行脑电图及神经检查者、数据分析的研究者、进行治疗及常规护理的病房的医护人员均不知受试对象的分组情况。

Blinding：

In the study, blinding was applied to observers and data analysts. During the research process, only the participants who implemented the intervention were aware of the grouping of premature infants. The participants who measured physical development indicators and conducted EEG and neurological examinations, the researchers who analyzed the data, and the medical staff in the treatment and routine care wards were not aware of the grouping of the subjects.
