研究目的：

探讨艾曲波帕联合小剂量环孢素A治疗多线治疗失败免疫性血小板减少症（ITP）的临床疗效。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the synergistic effect of low-dose cyclosporine A (CsA) on eltrombopag (EPAG) response for multiline failed immune thrombocytopenia (ITP) patients.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.严重心肺功能障碍、肝肾功能不全、免疫缺陷者；
2.有血栓病史者；
3.妊娠期或哺乳期妇女；
4.其他继发性血小板减少症：完善骨髓常规、活检、骨髓流式免疫表型以及基因二代测序等检查，排除自身免疫性疾病、合并肿瘤、骨髓增生异常综合征、再生障碍性贫血、阵发性睡眠性血红蛋白尿等可能。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Key exclusion criteria were severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction, hepatic and renal insufficiency, immunodeficiency;
2.pregnant or lactating women;
3. with a history of thrombosis or autoimmune diseases.
4.Bone marrow aspiration and biopsy were performed before the administration of EPAG, the secondary thrombocytopenia including myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS), aplastic anemia (AA), thrombocytopenia (TTP), etc. were excluded based on comprehensive differentiation diagnosis.
