研究目的：

建立中国健康人群TMAO的数据库及检测基线值，探索年龄、性别、BMI、民族，以及各体检结果等因素对血浆TMAO水平的影响；明确抗凝剂、离心前放置环境的温度及时间等样本处理前影响因素对人血液样本中TMAO稳定性的影响，为TMAO开发成为中国人群疾病风险预警因子及治疗靶标提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish a database of TMAO in healthy Chinese population and detect baseline values, explore the influence of factors such as age, gender, BMI, ethnicity, and physical examination results on plasma TMAO levels; clarify anticoagulant, temperature and time of the environment before centrifugation and other sample processing. The influence of the former influencing factors on the stability of TMAO in human blood samples provides a theoretical basis for the development of TMAO as a disease risk early warning factor and a therapeutic target in the Chinese population.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.年龄<18岁或>75岁； 2.确诊患有严重心脑血管疾病、糖尿病、慢性肾病、恶性肿瘤等重大疾病； 3.孕妇、哺乳期妇女、服用避孕药者； 4.不愿意参加本研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Aged < 18 years old or > 75 years old; 2. Diagnosed with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, malignant tumors and other major diseases; 3. Pregnant women, lactating women, those taking contraceptives; 4. Unwilling to participate in this researcher.
