研究目的：

1. 通过ECMO-CPR队列与健康对照队列比较，探究最佳胸外按压位置; 2. 进行亚组分析以探索不同人群的最佳胸外按压位置是否变化; 3. 给出中国汉族人群最佳胸部按压位置的循证建议。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To investigate the optimal chest compression position with the utilization of ECMO-CPR cohort vs. healthy control; 2. If the optimal position varies across different population; 3. To derive evidence-based recommendations for the optimal chest compression position for HAN Chinese populations.

本研究不涉及药物应用和治疗干预

This study did not involve medicine or treatment. 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

ECMO-CPR队列： 患者无进行ECMO-CPR时胸部CT。 住院患者队列： 1. 显著（视觉上明显）胸部畸形或异常（包括但不限于漏斗胸/隆凸或严重胸部创伤）； 2. 诊断明确心脏结构畸形或异常； 3. 存在影响心肺功能的基础疾病（包括但不限于恶性肿瘤、COPD、冠心病等）。 社区队列： 1. 显著（视觉上明显）胸部畸形或异常（包括但不限于漏斗/隆凸或严重胸部创伤）； 2. 诊断明确心脏结构畸形或异常； 3. 存在影响心肺功能的基础疾病（包括但不限于恶性肿瘤、COPD、冠心病等）。

Exclusion criteria：

ECMO-CPR queue: Chest CT was performed without ECMO-CPR in the patient. Inpatient queue: 1. Significant (visually evident) chest deformities or abnormalities (including but not limited to funnel chest/protuberance or severe chest trauma); 2. Diagnose cardiac structural abnormalities or abnormalities clearly; 3. There are underlying diseases that affect cardiovascular function (including but not limited to malignant tumors, COPD, coronary heart disease, etc.). Community queue: 1. Significant (visually evident) chest deformities or abnormalities (including but not limited to funnel/protrusion or severe chest trauma); 2. Diagnose cardiac structural abnormalities or abnormalities clearly; 3. There are underlying diseases that affect cardiovascular function (including but not limited to malignant tumors, COPD, coronary heart disease, etc.).
