研究目的：

研究总结上颌窦底骨质缺如的临床特点，该解剖条件下行经外侧壁入路上颌窦植骨种植手术的外科技术特点及长期临床效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To assess the long-term effectiveness of LSFE under the condition of sinus floor failure, and to elucidate the technical details of the surgical procedure.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.临床或影像学资料不完整；
2.患者6个月内有上颌窦底骨质缺如位点上的拔牙史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Incomplete or low-quality clinical and radiographic documentation;
2. Patients with a recent tooth extraction (less than 6 months of follow-up).
