Objectives of Study：

To evaluate the efficacy of a single dose of oral olanzapine in the prevention of postoperative nausea and vomiting in patients undergoing laparoscopic cholecystectomy under general anesthesia

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. ASA I、II级患者； 2. 心理疾病患者或精神病病史者； 3. 化疗病史； 4. 术前24小时内有前庭神经紊乱或头晕或恶心、呕吐病史，或正在接受常规止吐治疗，包括全身皮质类固醇； 5. 怀孕或哺乳患者； 6. 对奥氮平过敏患者； 7. 计划手术前6个月的心肌梗塞或不稳定型心绞痛； 8. 严重心律失常的病史（例如，VT或VF）； 9. 心力衰竭II级或更高的第二NYHA； 10. 计划手术前6个月的姿势性低血压或血管迷走性晕厥； 11. 无法吞服药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with ASA GRADE I-II ; 2. Patients with mental illness or history of mental illness; 3. History of chemotherapy; 4. A history of vestibular disorder or dizziness or nausea or vomiting within 24 hours before surgery, or receiving conventional antiemetic therapy, including systemic corticosteroids; 5. Pregnant or breast-feeding patients; 6. Allergic to olanzapine; 7. Myocardial infarction or unstable angina 6 months before planned surgery; 8. History of severe arrhythmias (e.g., VT or VF); 9. Second NYHA of heart failure grade II or higher; 10. Postural hypotension or vasovagal syncope 6 months before planned surgery; 11. Inability to swallow medications.
