研究目的：

评价在影像学技术（CT）引导下经皮肺穿刺活检术(CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy, CT-GPLB )中使用穿刺定位器的安全性及有效性。

Objectives of Study：

Evaluate the safety and accuracy of usage of disposable puncture holder(DPH) in CT-guided percutaneous lung biopsy

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1)凝血功能障碍有出血倾向者
(2)肺功能较差、严重肺气肿等肺部疾患；心功能不全或心肌梗塞、严重心律失常等患者。
(3)肺内血管病变，如动静脉畸形、动脉瘤。
(4)病人不能充分配合穿刺过程或剧烈咳嗽控制不佳者。
(5)未填写知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Coagulation diaorders;
2. Have a personal history of Low Pulmonary function, pulmonary emphysema , myocardial infarction or sever arrhythmia;
3. Have history of Vascular malformation, Aneurysm;
4. Are not able to cooperate with percutaneous lung biopsy or coughing out of control;
5. Are preclude participation in this study.
