研究目的：

本次研究在常规评价基础上，应用尿动力学联合盆底超声作为评价方法及神经源性膀胱症状评分表（NBSS），从动力学、形态学多及量表评估角度评价疗效，评估指标更加全面、客观；对目前临床常用的两种治疗部位进行比较，分析盆底磁刺激与S3部位磁刺激临床疗效差异，并随访1个月、三个月、六个月，分析有效治疗效果出现的时间节点在两组中的差异，分析疗效持续时间及疗效差异。拟得出具有统计学差异的结论，选取简便易行、患者舒适性及接收度高、长期随访有效的治疗方法，得出相对有效的治疗部位及经济有效的治疗疗程，以期对神经源性膀胱的临床方案制定提高理论参考，同时推广于其他学科及各级医疗部门。  

Objectives of Study：

On the basis of conventional evaluation, urodynamics combined with pelvic floor ultrasound were used as the evaluation method and neurogenic bladder symptom Scale (NBSS) to evaluate the efficacy from the perspectives of dynamics, morphology and scale evaluation, and the evaluation indexes were more comprehensive and objective. The two commonly used clinical treatment sites were compared to analyze the clinical efficacy difference between pelvic floor magnetic stimulation and S3 site magnetic stimulation. The patients were followed up for 1 month, 3 months and 6 months to analyze the difference in the time nodes of effective treatment effect in the two groups, and to analyze the efficacy duration and efficacy difference. Has a statistically significant conclusions, choose simple, patient comfort and receive degree is high, long-term follow-up of effective treatment methods, draw a relatively effective treatment area and the economic and effective treatment, clinical scheme for neurogenic bladder by developing theoretical reference, at the same time promoting in other disciplines and health departments at all levels.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有严重心、脑、肺等重要脏器疾患者;
2.合并水电解质、酸碱平衡紊乱者;
3.既往有严重肾脏疾患、膀胱造瘘术、尿道前括约肌切开术等疾患;
4.检查时有严重泌尿系统感染；
5.严重的精神、神智障碍，不能配合检查及治疗者。
6.下腰段、骶尾部内置有金属异物、带心脏起搏器者、有耳蜗植入物者等

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with serious heart, brain, lung and other important organ diseases; 2. Disorder of water, electrolyte and acid-base balance; 3. Previous serious kidney diseases, cystostomy, anterior urethral sphincterotomy and other diseases; 4. Severe urinary tract infection during examination; 5. Persons with serious mental or mental disorders who cannot cooperate with examination and treatment. 6. Patients with metal foreign bodies in the lower back and sacral tail, pacemakers, cochlear implants, etc.
