在前瞻性队列研究中，对既往研究及文献回顾所筛选的基因SNP与RILI的相关性进行验证，并基于验证后的SNP构建RILI的预测模型。  

Objectives of Study：

This prospective study aimed to validate reported associations between genotype and RILI in an independent cohort of patients with lung cancer and establish a predictive models of RILI based on the validated SNP.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

既往有胸部放射治疗史；有其他严重疾病，如6个月内发生过心肌梗塞、脑血管意外者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with a prior history of chest radiation; Patients with other serious illness occurred within 6 months, such as myocardial infarction, cerebrovascular accident.
