研究目的：

1.肺癌接受抗PD-1治疗的患者中，比较疗效有变化的患者与疗效无变化的患者的基线粪便菌群，研究疗效与菌群动态变化的相关性； 2.比较未发生免疫相关不良反应与发生不良反应患者的基线菌群，研究不良反应发生发展与菌群动态变化的相关性。  

Objectives of Study：

1. In patients receiving anti-PD-1 treatment for lung cancer, the baseline fecal flora of patients with a change in efficacy was compared with that of patients with no change in efficacy, and the correlation between efficacy and dynamic changes in flora was studied; 2. The baseline microflora of patients with no immune-related adverse reactions and those with adverse reactions were compared to study the correlation between the occurrence and development of adverse reactions and the dynamic changes of microflora.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.生命体征不稳定；
2.合并肠梗阻、消化道出血、感染性休克患者；
3.需长期使用抗生素治疗患者；
4.妊娠及哺乳期。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Vital signs unstable;
2. Patients with Gastrointestinal obstruction, gastrointestinal bleeding, or septic shock;
3. Need long-term antibiotics treatment;
4. Pregnancy and lactation.
