研究目的：

通过分析12周太极拳锻炼后肌肉减少症老年人肌肉力量、肌肉质量、肌肉功能表现的变化，探索太极拳对肌肉减少症老年人的干预效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the intervention effect of Tai Chi on the elderly with sarcopenia by analyzing the changes of muscle strength, muscle mass, muscle function in the elderly with sarcopenia after 12 weeks of Tai Chi exercise.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有扭伤、骨折、严重关节变形或其他外伤行动不变者； 2.有脑、心血管疾病或者其它严重代谢异常疾病患者； 3.足部畸形及其他影响正常步行的病变者； 4.精神病患者、智力障碍患者； 5.体内配带心脏起搏器等电子仪器； 6.近期有手术史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Sprain, fracture, severe joint deformation or other traumatic actions remain unchanged; 2. Patients with brain, cardiovascular diseases or other serious metabolic disorders; 3. Foot deformity and other lesions affecting normal walking; 4. Patients with mental illness and mental retardation; 5. With pacemakers and other electronic instruments in the body; 6. Recent history of surgery.
