研究目的：

探讨胰高血糖素样肽-1受体激动剂利拉鲁肽对糖耐量受损（IGT）动脉粥样硬化进展的影响

Objectives of Study：

The aim of our study was to investigate the effect of the glucagon-like peptide-1 receptor agonist lilargutide on atherosclerosis progression in patients with impaired glucose tolerance (IGT).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1)被诊断为1型或2型糖尿病，2)患有下肢缺血，3)在试验期间使用降血糖药物或血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂/血管紧张素II受体拮抗剂治疗，4)患有慢性疾病或健康状况，5)患有急性疾病(即感染) ，或6)怀孕或哺乳。

Exclusion criteria：

1) diagnosed with type 1 or 2 diabetes, 2) had lower limb ischemia, 3) treated with hypoglycemic drugs or angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitor/angiotensin II receptor antagonist during the trial, 4) had chronic diseases or health conditions, 5) had acute illness (i.e. infection), or 6) pregnancy or lactation.

干预措施：	给予改善生活方式干预，包括均衡饮食（即每人每日应进食200g~300g的蛋白质、500 g 新鲜蔬菜、250g谷类、<20g植物油、<6g食盐、尽量少吃糖）；规律运动（即每天坚持步行3 km，30 min以上，每周至少运动5次，运动强度以“运动后心率+年龄 170”为宜）；戒烟限酒（即每人每天酒精摄入量不应超过15 g）；心理健康（即能正确对待自己、正确对待他人、正确对待社会）	干预措施代码：
