研究目的：

脑-机接口联合EEG匹配下经颅磁刺激实时调控脑卒中患者大脑左右半球的平衡，调控脑功能的非对称性，促进运动功能的恢复，同时寻找运动功能康复效果与对侧占优性指标之间的可能关系。

Objectives of Study：

Brain-computer interface combined with EEG matched transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to regulate the balance of the left and right hemispheres of stroke patients in real time, regulate the asymmetry of brain function, promote the recovery of motor function, and search for the possible relationship between the rehabilitation effect of motor function and the contralateral dominance index.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.既往有严重的心、肺、肝、肾等重要脏器功能衰竭者，不可控的高血压、心律失常、严重冠心病、糖尿病合并症控制欠佳者；
2.具有癫痫发作史或家族癫痫史（无论是原发性癫痫还是继发性癫痫）；
3.经常性或剧烈头痛；
4.颅内或外置有金属；
5.体内装置有医疗仪器，如心脏起搏器、药泵等；
6.不能完成基本疗程，依从性不好者；
7.妊娠女性、近期参加其他临床试验者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with past serious heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure, uncontrolled hypertension, arrhythmia, severe coronary heart disease, diabetes complications poorly controlled;
2. Have a history of seizures or family history of epilepsy (whether primary or secondary epilepsy);
3. Frequent or severe headache;
4. Intracranial or external metal;
5. There are medical instruments in the body, such as pacemakers, medicine pumps, etc.;
6. Those who cannot complete the basic course of treatment and have poor compliance;
7. Pregnant women and recent participants in other clinical trials.
