研究目的：

1.主要目的：结合血浆、尿液的生物标志物、相关临床评分、生化指标、检查结果及并发症，肺、肝、肾等其他主要脏器损伤及发生感染的病人临床特征，分析体内肠道菌群及代谢产物及其相关性。 2.次要目的：研究发生各个器官损伤的预后危险因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: To analyze intestinal flora and metabolites and their correlation in combination with biomarkers of plasma and urine, related clinical scores, biochemical indexes, examination results and complications, as well as clinical characteristics of patients with lung, liver, kidney and other major organs injury and infection. 2. Secondary objective: To study the prognostic risk factors of various organ injuries.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 哺乳期或孕产妇；
2. 存在心脏病史（冠心病、心肌病、瓣膜性心脏病、先天性心脏病、心律失常）、急性冠脉综合征、严重心力衰竭、心胸外科手术、胸外按压、除颤、电复律、自身免疫性疾病；
3. 心脏超声提示中重度二尖瓣和（或）主动脉瓣疾病或区域性心肌壁运动异常（提示有区域性缺血或既往存在心肌梗死）；
4. 由于患者不配合或操作技术欠缺而导致的质量差的心脏超声；
5. 住院期间未行血化验、心脏超声或心电图检查；
6. 肝功能不全（肝功能 Child-Pugh 分级 10 分或以上）；
7. 肾功能不全〔血肌酐≥186 μmol/L 或肾小球滤过率＜60 mL/min，或慢性肾脏病(chronic kidneydisease，CKD)3 级及以上〕；
8. 经研究者判断认为不适合参与本研究。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Lactation or pregnant patients;
2. History of heart disease (coronary heart disease, cardiomyopathy, valvular heart disease, congenital heart disease, arrhythmia), acute coronary syndrome, severe heart failure, cardiothoracic surgery, chest compressions, defibrillation, electrical cardioversion, autoimmune diseases;
3. Cardiac ultrasound indicated moderate to severe mitral and/or aortic valve disease or abnormal regional myocardial wall movement (indicating regional ischemia or previous myocardial infarction);
4. Poor quality cardiac ultrasound caused by patients' uncooperation or lack of operational skills;
5. No blood tests, echocardiography or electrocardiogram were performed during hospitalization;
6. Liver insufficiency (Child-Pugh grade of liver function 10 or above);
7. Renal insufficiency (serum creatinine >=186 μmol/L or glomerular filtration rate < 60 mL/min, or chronic kidneydisease (CKD) grade 3 or above);
8. The researcher judged that it was not suitable to participate in this study.

本研究为多中心前瞻性队列研究，主要观察脓毒症患者心、肝、肺、肾等脏器损伤与肠道菌群及代谢产物的相关性。研究期间，我们选择年龄 18-85 岁且符 合 脓 毒 症 诊 断 标 准 ： 感 染 + 序 贯 器 官 衰 竭 评 分(sequentialorgan failure assessment，SOFA)≥2 分的成年患者且不符合排除标准，患者愿意并能够给予参与研究的知情同意。

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

数据记录表上有关受试者数据应以受试者编码和电子病历 ID 方式共同识别和记录。受试者只能通过受试者编码或其姓名首字母缩写识别。本项目采取纸质文件和电子数据库共同保存的方式。由第二位研究者定期对数据进行核对来保证数据质量。

The relevant subject data on the data record sheet shall be jointly identified and recorded in the form of subject code and electronic medical record ID. Subjects can only be identified by the subject code or their initials. The project adopts the method of joint preservation of paper documents and electronic databases. The second researcher checks the data regularly to ensure the data quality.
