Objectives of Study：

To investigate the effect of different adjuvant drugs combined with ropivacaine anesthesia on intratracheal intubation in lumbar spine surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.患者具有严重的心血管、肝脏、肾脏等疾病；
2.急诊手术；
3.患者存在困难气道或既往有咽喉部手术史；
4.患者有肺部慢性疾病史，如：慢性支气管炎、COPD。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with severe cardiovascular, liver, kidney and other diseases;
2. Emergency surgery;
3. The patient had difficult airway or had a previous history of laryngopharyngeal surgery;
4. The patient had a history of chronic lung diseases such as bronchitis and COPD.
