研究目的：

1. 主要目的 探讨ICU作业日记对ICU患者的谵妄、创伤后应激综合征（PTSD）、焦虑和抑郁等精神认知障碍发生的影响 2. 次要目的 探讨ICU 作业日记对患者在ICU住院时间、日常生活活动能力和生活质量的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Main objective: to investigate the effect of ICU work diary on the occurrence of delirium, post-traumatic stress syndrome (PTSD), anxiety, depression and other mental cognitive disorders in ICU patients 2. Secondary objective: to explore the effects of ICU operation diary on the length of ICU stay, ability of daily living activities and quality of life.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）严重痴呆症或急性或亚急性严重神经功能障碍或损伤；
2）严重精神疾病(不包括抑郁症)或发育问题；
3）疑似或确诊的药物或酒精中毒/过量或戒断阶段；
4）未纠正的或严重的听力或视力障碍；
5）心脏骤停后昏迷和/或低温治疗；
6）主治医生或医疗团队拒绝；

Exclusion criteria：

1) Severe dementia or acute or subacute severe neurological dysfunction or injury;
2) Serious mental illness (excluding depression) or developmental problems;
3) Suspected or confirmed drug or alcohol poisoning/overdose or withdrawal stage;
4) Uncorrected or severe impairment of hearing or vision;
5) Coma and/or hypothermia after cardiac arrest;
6) Refusal by the attending doctor or medical team;
