Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：	The data and the audio-recordings will be encrypted by using file passwords during the study. After all the study data are collected, generate the Synthetic Data that exhibits the statistical properties of the raw data without allowing real individuals to be identified. We will delete the personal information from the data file after the data has been successfully matched. Further data analysis and results presentation will not involve any personal identifiers. The recording files will be named randomly and will not correspond to any personal information to make sure the participants cannot be identified or re-identified. After the conversation has been successfully transcribed into text, we will delete the audio recording. Further data analysis and presentation of results will not involve any audio information. Electronic records will be securely erased to ensure that it cannot be recovered and misused; physical records must be shredded rather than dumped into trash or recycling bins; Data included consent forms, completed questionnaires, and any coded data produced during the analysis will be retained for a minimum of five years and a maximum of 6 years (2028) before disposal. Then all data will be confidentially disposed with the assistance of the Campus Development & Facilities Office of City University.
